Update our asp.net bootstrap design using an existing site layout.

We're looking for someone strong in Bootstrap ([url removed, login to view]) to create a Bootstrap theme based on the following site ([url removed, login to view]).
What we need is the center layout with graphics along each side. We need this to be responsive on all devices. We do not want the same navigation or any any other features.
All we are looking for is a bootstrap version of the layout template with the side graphics in a responsive design (on smaller devices we hide the graphics). We have a few other design requests as well (minor).
Please include previous work using bootstrap UI. We expect clean code with absolutely NO inline css or js. This will be part of an asp.net project using Razor and we will code review the code.
Successful applicant may be given the opportunity to join our team and have first pick at future projects when they become available.
