Please note, this website has to be fantastic design wise, a great logo which you will need to make, you will also need to ensure, the website is W3C compatible and follows all web standards. It should also be user and search engine friendly, it will be your design to create, design and integrate social media pages, xml and html sitemaps, analytics, [login to view URL] as well as other user and search friendly options
The website titles, meta description, keywords should be easy to add by us for each listing. It should be a neat, clean and eye catchy website with both, class and trendy giving customer a sincere message of our company.
It should have great slogans which are property related and great testimonials section. It should load fast, it should be compatible with all mobiles, ipads, tablets and next generation devices. The speed of the website is very important and it should be https://
Please note, it should have great web security in place.
If this project goes well, then we will need someone to create other websites which will be related to property and other businesses as well.
We are looking for a highly skilled designer, developer and someone with great eye to detail towards ppc, seo and creating great landing pages for each and every page on our website!
We want a powerful, good looking, stunning website and it should not take longer than 20 days in total to complete the work.
Please note, the payment will be paid using below payment method
10-% milestone created on the day of agreement
15-% milestone created on the day of design, logo and graphics approval
25-% milestone created when 50-% development has been completed
50-% created when all works completed.
Please note, there should be no problem with payments and all payments will be paid. The fee of freelancer should be paid by you so please do not ask it from us. All work will be done using freelancer as a medium. In case of an issue, all questions should be asked using freelancer or skype
