Convert iBook Authored book to InDesign (Interactive PDF)

We have three books created in iBooks author. These are using a standard iBooks template with indexes, glossary and using two html widgets; Gallery and embedded video. We need to make a PDF version of these books. We are willing to change the design/layout if necessary - but have these features available in the book. Videos are all on youtube so can be a simple link through. An example book (excluding the widgets - this is a straight pdf export from iBooks author) can be seen here: [url removed, login to view]
