I need a new website. I already have a design, I just need you to build a website for a small cocktail bar.

I’ve listed some examples and references also to how the animation/movement of the website will work and I am happy to hear any ways to reduce the costs.
Hosting is sorted and I have the details.
I have also purchased a Wordpress Theme [login to view URL] which could be used as the base?

P1;
Logo in the centre of the page at all times.
Full width background
Small icon symbol on the footer with address below it. Always on the bottom of the page.
'Enter' text or down arrow to animate, when clicked the page moves down to page P2.
Page will snap to P2 in similar way to [login to view URL] when clicking the ‘Enter’ text or down arrow and also when the user scrolls down.
P2;
Boca logo moves to top left, Small icon symbol animates to the top and centre when moving from P1 to P2.
Navigation introduced in top right
Copy in the centre of the page at all times with animation like [login to view URL]

Be great to have an editable HTML section on the menu.

Cocktail menu section that will show a thumbnail/image of the menu in a gallery.
On-click will open the cocktail menu in a PDF/New window.

Content will be centralised at all times. So if only one menu it will be in the middle of the page. 2 menus will be justify to middle of the page etc.
