graphic design for co-living/co-working space

We have a new business that operates co-living and co-working space in southern England - Bear Work and Bear Live. We are looking for a main image for both and then a selection of images we can use in the buildings.

Don't want teddy bear but more friendly grissly/ brown bear.

So the main image can then be adapted (posture with supports). For example in the co-living space we would like additional images for:

- Bear at reception

- Bear having coffee

- Bear in the gym

- Bear in the laundry

- Bear in the games room (table fuss)

- Bear chilling

- Bear watching telly

For Bear Work - outside of the main co-working Bear image, we would like:

- Bear in team room

- Bear in quiet work area

- Bear having coffee/break

Considering asking three designers who we will pay £100 for initial concepts and then selected designer a further £1,000 for full final artwork.
