Magazine Design

Hi,

I have a car classified portal and I need to design a magazine to support it. The magazine should be 10-12 pages in format A4.

All I need is to design the lay out so I just have to add the listings and banners. Plus the front page and back page will be the same design, just the text will be in a different language. The front page and back page will need to be updated every month.
