Need Help Linking a web based Credit Report to a sign up page on our website

We are looking to link a credit repair site ([login to view URL]) to our credit repair package (example page: [login to view URL]).
I have been told that we can accomplish this with a "HTML scrape."
What we are trying to accomplish is after the client signs up and pays for their report, they will either be redirected or pointed to our credit repair packages. From there, the user will choose what credit package they want, sign up and pay for it.
We have already built the packages and payment forms, we just need to somehow link the two sites together.
