I am looking for an experienced developer team who can understand the idea in detail and are result oriented in a stipulated time.

The work to be done is attached. Its not a final requirement list, somethings might be added to later.

Please give us a quotation in detail for everything, specially things you consider requires more time.

I shall pay you according to the miles stones set with mutual understanding and will keep 25% until I feel comfortable that everything is running smoothly.

I also need to know which platform you are going to use for development

First of all the front end design has to be made. And it should be very attractive and user friendly

We are starting Real Estate Agency business and will be offering related services like construction/architect/ etc.

Our website will consist of our Introduction, Our construction profile, Our architect profile, Blogs about market trends, etc, Property Search for customers ( Where properties will only be listed by our approved agents), Maps, and any other page which we like to create about some specific property, where we can put articles/pictures/latest news about that property, etc.

We are open to new ideas from the developer end.
