Update a drupal website with a new purchased theme

I have a current working site [login to view URL] that i would like to change the theme to Flatize. [login to view URL]
I've already purchased it and installed. Instructions are as follows
1. Home page to have a 3 picture slide so featuring different catalog terms - i will provide images
2. Home page - under the slide show have the "Products section" that will list the product catalog term similar to the demo
3. a section on specials on home page
4. Fix layout for product pages (ex. [login to view URL]) and catagory term pages (ex. [login to view URL])
5. create a footer that looks nice
All the products are already populated just need to fix the theme
