WEB DESIGNER/GRAPHIC DESIGNER NEEDED

We have put together a website, and just need to upload content and graphics, we need someone with some basic web development knowledge, some graphic design experience, that is able to make some minor graphics for the website, we need to scale down photos.
Your main task will be to do the final details on the website, ie upload content and images, make sure headings and sub headings have the correct font, link pages where necessary if possible
Requirements: must have great communication skills, must speak English FLUENTLY with very little accent, we need this job finished as soon as possible, so it will take most of your time in the next week.
