advice on cardano blockchain, cardano token creation and smart contract created on plutus

I need advice on the cardano blockchain to create a project, I also need knowledge on how to create a token in cardano with the CLI, creation of smart contracts in plutus based on the haskell language,how to create an anonymous chat encrypted by the blockchain, how to do a web page that connects to the cardano blockchain through a wallet that allows to send and receive tokens, how to apply a smart contract on the cardano blockchain (when they launch the smart contracts in cardano) so that it can be used on a web page,

how to pre-sell a cardano token and how to list a cardano token on an exchange.

I will also explain the whole project and have to say points that can or cannot be done or can be improved
