Fix Mac Mail Signiture issue remotely using team viewer.

I need you to log into my local machine and help me install HTML signitures in Mac Mail running on Lion.

I have followed a lot of steps found on the internet but nothing is working.

Here is what I am doing:

a. Creating a placeholder signiture in mac mail.

1. Opening my signiture HTML file in safari

2. Saving the file as a webarchive file

3. Opening library/mail/v2/signitures and looking for the placeholder.

4. Copying the file name of the placeholder.

5. Replacing the placeholder with the webarchive file.

I think the problem is that the developer I am using has not actually taken my sig files and copied them to proper CSS html and also that MAc Mail is not creating a webarchive file in the folders but instead creating a [url removed, login to view] file instead.

I need to be able for you to provide working email signitures that are hosted on my server or local machine that open and do not show as an attachment in the recipients email.

We have also tried linking to a server hosted HTML file on my server and that did not work either.
