Hello,
I need to create a jquery based graph like attached screenshot. I want 100% similar look (including popup message - I should able to select any bar I want - for example popup may appear on 5th bar or 1st bar etc.), if you cannot do it just don't lose my time. I need delivery within 3 hours, you can use any plugin you want.
PS: I am reposting since previous programmer failed to do this. If you are 100% sure, bid please.
