Video Content desktop app using Electron

We need a Windows based Electron application which can be delivered to customers using pendrives.
These pendrives would contain video content to be played. Those videos should play on the browser window of the electron app. To safe guard the videos, we have a simple encrypt and decrypt function which we will be using through NodeJs.
The application will also need to have a online registration through Firebase and offline DB using TaffyDB.
The application should run for only a year, corresponding checks for date-time can be made using JS.
Skills required - HTML/CSS, NodeJS, Electron, JavaScript, jQuery, Typescript.
