Wordpress website got some bugs needs fixing

Wordpress website in english and arabic requires quick bug fixing, layout issues in english and arabic on web browser and especially mobile view. Seems like the site got broken as now arabic appears in english version and some messy stuff going on. This could be caused by incompatible WPML plugin.
