I am seeking an experienced professional for a complete product design, development and prototype creation. The product is intended for the personal hobby industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing a new product from scratch.
- Developing the concept based on the personal hobby industry.
- Creating a functional and aesthetically pleasing prototype.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- A strong background in industrial or product design.
- Experience in product development and prototyping.
- Familiarity with the personal hobby industry would be a plus.
- Creativity and innovation are essential.

Below are other detail information;
Product will create dry sheet from liquid batter. The entire process needs to be automated and controlled through mobile app. All components should be able to 3d print other than electronics.
Step 1 - Liquid batter will be poured on a drump / tank
Step 2 - A slury pump will feed the batter to an area that is touchable by rotating drum
Step 3- Rotating heating drum will touch the batter and rotate and dry as it rotate.
Step 4 - near the end of the rotation it will cut the sheet to desire size.
Heating drum should reah heat between 220degree to 280 degree. And heat can be adusted by pentometer or through software.
Rotation speed of the drum also can be adusted. However, the batter must dry end of the drum with minimum of 1 mintue delay.
Batter feed also can be adusted. (slury pump)
Cutt size and cut duration and cut speed also should be able to be adjusted.
