need critique and business plan for SEO/SEM

Have a site with minimal traffic and we are attempting to better compete (in a very competitive industry) with some of the top companies in our industry.

We need a business evaluation and comparison of what we need to do to be better positioned to bring in thousands of more vistors. We need a "business Strategy" first and a "traffic strategy" second...

The company that can actually give us an idea of the process they would use as well as some critical evaluation of our site will be offered the project. Please be as detailed as possible so we will know which company to choose for this endeavor. Quick keyword analysis will be a plus so you can see what we are competing against..

I do not want to see lowball bids with a few words telling me how wonderful you are, we need to turn this company into a lead and traffic magnet...Any critiques of the actual site are welcome as well.

Details will be given to the bidders I choose so you can see our site and the two competitor sites...

Need Wordpress CUSTOM THEMED site as a site "revamp" of an existing site.
All content from original site will be added to the newly created Wordpress site.
(I will send link to helpful bidders to make easier assessment).
Need the ability to add widgets (sidebars), new pages, and need to create pages off subdomains.

We want the site to have the look and feel along the lines of:
http://www.bizquest.com/
and
http://www.businessbroker.net/
with simple layout and calls to action.
