SEO Coach for my site

I am looking for a SEO coach. I have my own website that is hosted on wordpress right now. I am not looking for someone to do all the work just take a look at things and let me know what I am lacking and what I need to do to increase web search visibility. My site has highly competitive keywords and literally thousands of words that need to be picked up on. Please have experience in both SEO and wordpress sites.

As I mentioned I am not looking for someone to do the work, rather someone to help me do the work myself. Such as if my headers and body are correct, where to get backlinks, if my content is ok, and how to get google to crawl my site.
