I require an app developed for J2ME platform.
Some features of this app will be connecting to server, downloading files, encrypting/decrypting files, displaying files, gathering data and reporting back to the server.
Those with good experience not just in JAVA but also in J2ME, write back to me with your previous works.
The project will be developed interactively. Which means that once you are done coding a particular module/class/function .. you must forward the same to me so that I can assert the quality of code.
I am not a coder but have had enough bad experiences to know not to blindly hand over the project to someone and then wait for 3 weeks just to find out that he/she has done a horrible job.
I am looking for someone who is good in communication, writes legible code, and can work with me on a daily basis.
