Face Recognition In Video

Hello there ,

I just need a small project which detect faces in a video feed from the web cam

There should be a simple interface [url removed, login to view] just just have to detect faces nothing more and it has to be a desktop application.

And i want to the project to be in traditional programming language.

JAVA , C++ , C# etc (scripting language and python wont do )

I need this within 2 days , so bid only if you can complete the project within this time [url removed, login to view] the budget is $50 - $100
