I need a Java developer to help me through some examples for concurrent programming

This includes threads, semaphores, spin locks, deadlocks, condition synchronization, locks and race conditions. I will need a developer for approximately 2 hours that's all but I need them by 7th May by 1:30 BST since at that point I need to be ready for my exam.
An example of the nature of questions I will need help studying for is below:
d The producer-consumer problem is a well-established multi-process synchronisation
challenge. One process (the producer) will submit elements (item) to a fixed sized buffer,
which are removed by another process (the consumer). In this scenario the order of process
execution of is non-deterministic. The code below is a half-completed solution:

Complete the above code whereby n producers submit items to a buffer queue. Items that

the buffer first. Ensure that the code supports both competitive and cooperative
synchronisation. A brief description of how the semaphore class works must also be
provided.
