Convert 2 Quicktime movies to Flash (SWF) format

We need two quicktime movies converted to Flash (SWF) format so that
we can display the movies on pages on our web site. The resulting
SWF file should have built in controls such as play, pause, and a
frame scrubber. The resulting movie should be high resolution, and
should NOT have any third party branding (eg youtube, etc) If you
have recommendations for third party player software we can use,
we're open to that, but we need to know the price and server
requirements for the software. We prefer not to install anything on
our server (such as Flash Media Server)
One of the movies that we need to convert is:
