Improve my Javascript (jQuery) re-useable control

I have a re-useable control developed by a freelancer some time back ([url removed, login to view]).

I now want a new control with similar functionality that generates a page like this:

[url removed, login to view] (it uses jQuery Mobile).

I'm a developer, but not that good with advanced JavaScript. For someone with knowledge of advanced Javascript and reuseable (shareable) controls, this should not take more than an hour or two. Please look at above samples to see if you can handle the work.

Not required but desired: If you can get it to work with UTF-8 or UTF-16 and display the Hebrew word I provide, that's a bonus in me selecting the right person to do this (so let me know in your bid/post if you have that experience as well).

I would like to ask a few questions to get the control better-document as well.
