need virtuemart developer to make a small change in shipping rate...

it would be like this:

1: for order from $50-$100: rate would be $10 flat

2: for order from $100-$150: rate would be $20 flat

3: for order above $150, shipping would be free.

this cannot be done from backend, so dont bid if you do not know how to do this from core php files.

please bid who can do this.

I have three more joomla websites in pipelines for efficient coder. No newbies. write duck in your bid so that I know that you've read this.
