Frontend

Design and HTML of most of the pages of frontend site is done. You need to incorporate them properly in Laravel, and if any changes required, you’ll have to do it.

Complete admin panel functionality need to be implemented for job posters. You will use Metronic Theme for that. We’ll provide you metronic Theme.

Functionality

User Registration and Login

Job poster and jobs belong to a company. Each Company will have multiple users. These users will have multiple different roles.

Job appliers can also register and login to site.

Sponsorship

There will be sponsorship plans. If job posters are paying for sponsorship, their job post will appear above other job postings.

Based on how much they are paying, their job ranking will boost.

Searching and Ranking

For all jobs, there will be ranking system. Ranking will be based on how many people apply, salary, job page views, sponsorship etc.

ElasticSearch need to be implemented for searching, and ranking need to be incorporated.

Job Posting

They can post normal job post for free, but to sponsor it, they have to pay. In future, we can even charge for normal job posting.

Each job will have a category, tags, and skills.

There'll also be an option to put a link to apply job. In this case, job poster will see number of people who clicked on apply button. If user is logged in, they can see profile of person who clicked job apply link.

Job Applying

people will be able to apply to a job from within our website(Or external Link) and the person who post the job, can see all job applications.

User will create his profile. Data from his profile will be used for filling job application.

Users can also apply to jobs without logging in.

Notification

Registered users will get notifications if similar jobs are posted.

They’ll get a notification when their profile is viewed, shortlisted or selected.

Reporting

Each action should be recorded. If any job description is viewed, it should be recorded. If job application link is clicked, it should be reported. If application is viewed, shortlisted, selected or rejected, it should be recorded, and notification should be sent to job applier.
