Arrange 5 cupcake shop business owner telephone interviews

I neef someone to email hundeds or more businesd owners of cupcake busineses that have retail stores, franchises, mobile units and/or online stores.

They will be interviewed for 2 hours and paid $100 for time by paypal.

I need someone for a fixed fee to arrange this over a 2 week period by emailing, phoning and if need be going into local stores if thats what it takes.
