Outbound business calling to identify any on hold messaging currently in place

We are a full service music and voice messaging consultancy offering program design, copy writing, audio production, music licensing, nationwide installation and technical support. We are looking to streamline our approach so to offer the Sales Team more qualified leads. The project would involve someone calling a specific industry segment eg Dentists to understand if they have any On Hold Messaging, silence or music currently in place when their clients are placed on hold. The 1st stage of the campaign may be a list of 2000 contacts to outbound, the agent would be provided with a script and would be required to record their results regarding if On Hold Messaging, silence or music currently in place.
