Hello,
I am in need of an India-based attorney to review/modify an IT contract for adherence to Indian law. The document will be presented to an India based web designer, signed and returned to you. You will be asked to retain a copy and send a copy to me via fax or scan and email.
My maimum budget is 30$ which is based only upon the contract tasks listed above. Additional/future legal work may be required in the development of web site usage agreements and terms and conditions.
You must be a lawyer (showing proof) and be able to practice law in the India.
