Link Building

We need 150 one-way (non reciprocal), quality, relevant, permanent, PR2+ or greater links. Only experienced Link Builders please.

By bidding on this project, you agree with the following conditions:

My site is indexed by google every few days.

Conditions

1.I am big on communication and saving time. Prior to linking I would like a list in excel with the following: Link site exact URL (clickable hyperlink), Site Name, Site Type, Google Page Rank and IP address.

2.I will then approve or disapprove the sites before you waste your time in linking to sites I do not agree with. I will provide you our target anchor text/title and link to a given page. THIS WILL AVOID ANY MISUNDERSTANDING or constant emails over certain sites. You can then devote your time in achieving results.

3. One way non-reciprocal links only, no link exchanges.

4. All links must be permanent.

forums, blogs, Google banned site, black-hat website, porn, political extremist, religious extremist, frame site or any illegal sites

6. No FFA, guestbooks, links within forums, links within newsgroups or links from link exchanges etc. and never participate in any commercial web rings or link exchange programs.

8. Link page must have a recent Google & Yahoo cache within 30 -45 days.

9. Links Must be manually submitted. No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others)

10. Links must be from 80% Australian based 20% UK Based websites

12. There should be minimum 10 links from PR6+ pages, 20 or more links from PR5+ pages and rest of the links could be from PR4+ web pages.

13. One link per site (IP). and not on the same C Blocks, No duplicate links on any web site. (geographically diverse- AU & UK, different class-c IP address block).

14 Links must be submitted on a staggered deployment basis to avoid any penalties: don't place all links at once. We can discuss this .Please place time frame in PMB. I have being penalized before for this and my PR3+ dropped to PR1+

15. Link pages must be static (No string parameters, session ID's etc.)

16. No blacklisted or spam sites.

17. No more than 20 outbound links per page.

18. All links must be indexable by googlebot, no rel="nofollow", [url removed, login to view] blocking, java links, jump scripts, framed pages etc.

19. Links must be on a PAGE with a required Google PR, not PR of the site.

20. Must be static links only. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty. Only ethical work will be accepted. All links must be visible and readable

21. All Links must be from topically relevant English language-based developed websites (not under construction)

22. Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted.

23. WHITE HAT techniques ONLY. DEFINATLEY NO BLACK

My success will be your success. If I am happy with your work and I see positive results I will be looking to pay someone on monthly basis for a continued campaign.
