Hello,
I am starting small business in Slovakia. Company will offer to laser mark (engrave) items such as: dog tags, pendants, pens, industrial items, knives, gift items...
I need some company graphics and I will appreciate your help. I have organized the tasks into steps. Each step contain one or more tasks. I would like to consult the work during the progress after each step before moving to next step.
Step 1 – The logo
We will start with logo. Or suggest better flow of tasks.
Company logo
Vector graphic, minimum number of colors - perhaps black and white, or some 2 contrasting colors. It would be good if you propose 2 or 3 different logos so I can choose. Company name already exists and it is "GraviLab", "Gravi" represents engraving or marking and "Lab" represents lab or shop.
Step 2 – Logo versions
Graphic for Facebook and Instagram profile picture
It may be the logo itself as long it fits.
Favicon for website
Small icon for company website. Perhaps with logo from step 1. I guess favicon resolution should be 16x16 pixels or 32x32 pixels.
Step 3 – Some other graphics and suggestions
Background image for Facebook and website title section
It might be the same image.
Fonts, colors
Propose fonts and colors which I can use for company website or other company graphics.
Step 4 – Graphics for product samples
5 vector thematic symbols for sample laser marking
Symbol 1 – for dog tag for dog (some dog related symbol)
Symbol 2 – for dog tag for cat (some cat related symbol)
Symbol 3 – for military dog tag for person (some army related symbol, maybe helmet ?)
Symbol 4 – will be added
Symbol 5 – will be added
Suggest face photo for sample pendants
Company will also offer to laser engrave monochromatic photos into coin sized metal pendants. I will need to photo-engrave some sample pendants that I can show to potential customers. Please help me to pick right photos for sample pendants from stock photo websites. List of photos: adult male, adult female, couple, child, old person. 5 photos for sample pendants. Should be with contrast background that will be easy to remove when processing for laser marking. Or suggest better solution, better idea for creating sample items.
Step 5 – Review my usage of proposed graphic and suggest improvements
Review my layouts
After I receive graphic and styles, I will try to integrate them to my website, visit cards, social media sites and to my sample products (laser engraved). Please review my work and suggest changes and improvements.
