Weekly Activitity Database

Maintenance needs to be able to track and report daily activities for the Area Maintenance Managers. This is not a simple time tracking or even calendar application but more interactive and can have single day or multiple day impacts.

The following items need to be addressed or considered:

• Daily Activity Calendar Form

o Date of Activity, Date Entered, AMM Name, AMM Supervisor, Comments

o Vendor Information (Via DCS MOP)

o Account Information (Via DCS MOP)

o Category Then Activity (Keywords type matrix) – Can have multiples on an Day.

• Process for cloning a day into multiple days and then modifying.

• Can edit a day for up to 7 days past that particular weeks end. (Mon – Sun is week)

• If they change an activity you should be able to view what was originally entered (not able to modify) and they should be able to modify the bottom (same as the original schedule) but they also have to enter a reason for the change to the schedule.

• Ability to forward a schedule to others via a NAB Lookup as just an email &/or Link to Doc.

• Ability to forward schedule to others as a calendar entry.

• Auto Send weekly schedules to supervisor & OM

• Weekly Notifications to enter the following weeks schedule (Send Thu Evenings)

• Reporting

o Activities by Account/Vendor – Last time visited what activities have been done etc.

o Daily, Weekly & Monthly Activity by AMM, Category/Activity, Account, Vendor etc.

o Totals for Categories/Activities over periods of time.

o AMM’s who have not submitted schedules.
