At Air, we are obsessed with creating magical products that will make our future grandkids proud and that cause our customer’s faces to light up.
We are currently working on a suite of products that help businesses scale rapidly… from a dialer that takes pickup rates from 22% to 61%, to a conversational AI that can have full-blown 25 minute sales calls and is indistinguishable from a human.
Because of our customers' love for our products, we’ve generated $7.6MM in revenue since launching Air 57 days ago ($48MM/yr pace w/o a dime of VC capital).
BACKGROUND:
We have a dialing software for outbound sales teams and right now the average rep will only have 4 hours of talk time out of dialing for 8 hours. This means only 50% of their time is being used productively each day. The other 50% is being wasted dialing and running into voicemails.
THE GOAL:
We want to implement a predictive dialing algorithm that gets our agents to 85-95% utilization. Meaning if they are working 8 hours in a day they are talking to someone for 7 hours. We also need to do this while keeping our abandoned call rate under 3%.
We know these algorithms already exist as predictive dialing has been around for nearly 40 years now. We just need an expert to come in and help implement it into our product.
TECH STACK:
Our current dialer is built on twilio using typescript.
This should be a fairly straightforward job for the right person. We're looking to hit the ground running on this immediately as this will make a significant difference for tens of thousands of agents who will be using the product.
