I am looking for an expert in Matlab and computer vision.
I have an OCR project for a roulette wheel. I am looking for an accurate OCR function that returns the centroid of each number and the list of numbers found.
I am able to get you many images of the frames. I have a couple of masks/areas that I am interested in, BUT, these could be expanded.
I found an OCR function that could be used as a possible starting point. It doesn’t seem to work very well. There is also a rotation function that can be used to rotate around a point on the image. Still, the numbers are curved around a radius, that I don't know how to rectify/flatten for OCR.
First, is this something you can do and is this something you would be interested in doing?
Any idea on the amount of time it would take? This is the reason I didn't place a real budget.

YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN MATLAB COMPUTER VISION/OCR FIELD. You MUST be an EXPERT and be able to demonstrate previous experience in OCR and image manipulation.
