MS Access Database (PC) exported and created into FileMaker Pro (MAC)

Our company recently changed from Microsoft Windows (PC) to MAC OS X.
The Microsoft Access database is not compatible with MAC OS X.
Current workaround is hosting database on an internal terminal server w Remote Log In. not staple. looking for long term solution.
looking to have our MS Access Database recreated with same functionalities (or better) in FMP.
Database is very basic. it is essentially a glorified MS Excel document with search capabilities.

5 Queries
2 Reports
as basic as it is it is crucial to 3 departments of our company.
we do not posses the skill or time to solve the exporting to FMP issue and wish to find a solution to either export and recreate or at least set up new FMP with similar functions and use-ability and start anew.
Once created we would buy the FMP program and host on server and import the newly created database.

*Our company specializes in Reconditioning old forklift batteries. in business for 10 years. to use a simile we use our database like a used car lot. each battery is its own unique data and pricing and info. Production uses it to track and change its status as it moves through our process, sales uses it to deem what we have in stock at any given moment, and accounting uses to invoice and determine current inventory value. more info upon request.
