Microsoft Access Database Splitting and Editing

In this project, I am seeking help with my Microsoft Access .mdb visual basic database.
Key Tasks:
- Separate the database into a front-end and back-end
- Modify existing tables and fields
- Set up new tables along with their relationships
Skills and Experience:
Ideal candidates should possess advanced skills in visual basic, as this project requires a considerable amount of editing at the VB level. Knowledge and understanding of database relationships, including one-to-one, one-to-many, and many-to-many is essential as there are specific relationships and dependencies that need to be taken into consideration when modifying or building tables. Previous experience working with Microsoft Access databases specifically will be highly advantageous. Additionally, good problem-solving skills and attention to detail are needed to understand the relationships or dependencies among the current tables.
This project does not require SQL understanding, hence if you are less SQL wise but stronger in VB, that is perfectly fine. I value your expertise and look forward to achieving improved database functionality with your assistance.
