Android App of an existing iPhone App

We develop iPhone Apps and we're after a long term partner who can develop Android Apps (and ideally iPhone & BlackBerry).

As a tester project we want to convert one of our existing iPhone Apps to Android 2.1 and above.

We already have a SQLite database and all of the required data is already on the App.
