looking for an application which can do the following

1. Register client details with complete profile as

Name, address, contact no, email, DOB, Date of marriage or any other usefull info to keep the customer record

2. keep record as how many purchase customer made with time and amount of purchase done

3. system able to define the normal customer or priority customer based on set criteria

4. interact with the customer by send wishes and alert the management about the upcoming birthday's or marriage of priority client so management can do the need full for that customer by sending various marketing based mailer way to increase sales

5. system should detect when the user has come into teh showroom and exit and accordingly send message to his phone either anriod, iphone, ipad or what ever it is

all in all I am looking for a app which can interact with my client at various level which boost my sales

suggestion are welcome
