Shopping Mall Android App with Indoor Positioning

Hello EVERYONE
I am looking for an EXPERIENCED Android Developer, to assist our team with a development of a mobile app , which suggests indoor location capabilities for a shopping mall.
In particular, we are looking for someone who is experienced in android with: graphics/images/canvases/vector graphics/ matrix manipulations/ canvas layers [login to view URL] GIVE REFERENCES TO RELEVANT PAST WORKS!
The project will be on a full time daily basis in close cooperation with our team , so skype availability and communication skills are necessary
*****THE PROJECT IS PLANNED TO LAST ABOUT A MONTH WITH POSSIBLE SLIGHT EXTENSIONS IN LATER PHASES******
Main features: 1) show user location live on a map 2)show stores directory with search and filter 3) show stores and POIs info 4)navigate to a destination, show route on map
The main app components are:
1 screen for a map with 2 variations, 1 screen of stores directory search and filter (list), 1 screen of store static details and buttons, and a login screen.
*We handle all the design ourselves and supply all materials
**The technological layer which handles the indoor positioning and gives location updates is handled by us and given as an sdk
**The server too is handled by us and will be given with relevant class diagrams/interfaces/javadocs
All code is of course given to us and belongs to us. NDA is necessary. detailed specs will be given as next step. The project is intended to start at very near future
