Mobile phone app required for ordering coffee online

Hi,
I'm looking at developing a mobile app that allows users to order coffee online. The basic idea is that when users open the application, they will be able to select cafes around them via a map and they should be able to select a cafe of their liking, look at the menu and add the type of coffee they wish to purchase.
1st phase of the project is to allow users to buy online and pay during pickup. 2nd phase is to allow users to pay via the application (which will be done after phase 1 goes live) The application must be designed and must be extremely easy to use.
I need someone who I can trust and be able to answer questions promptly. If you bid for the project, please let me know how I can test the application and provide you with feedback. If you don't have valid proof to show that you have done previous work of this kind, please do not bid. You will need to outline on your bid on how you will design and give me proof of concept along with how this will be managed to be live on the apple store.
