We are looking to have a simple App developed that we can push through to clients via their mobile phones. The App will not need to be in the respective Play Stores.

The App will allow the existing client to communicate their pest problem to us. At the first time they open the APP there should be a settings page that will allow them to set their basic information including the basics of their site.

I have attached a basic example of what we are looking for.
