We need to develop application, which will scan the handwritten documents and will pickup the required fields.
Process flow
1. We have some hard copy of bills
2. These bills have been filled in handwriting
3. We need app which can scan the bill and pick up the relevant fields required
4. Once the fields are displayed, we will make the changes if required
5. Once it is submitted, it will show on separate web portal
6. At any given point of time, i need to download that entries in excel format
