we need an Android/ios app. we would like it designed and built. the app needs to support the following.
1 - quick users registration using email or phone.
2 - ability to snap pictures.
3 - ability to list items supported with pictures and descriptions by registered users.
4 - ability to accept and process payments for listed items.
5 - listed items has ability to be listed as for sale or as auction.
6 - direct pm between seller and buyer through chat.
7 - direct messaging between seller and buyer through inbox.
8 - ability for buyer to review and rate seller.
9 - ability for seller to review and rate buyer.
10 - ability for buyers to search based on items categories.
11 - ability for buyers to search based on location ( country , state , city or county )
12 - ability for app to recognize users location.
13 - ability for app to display items near to buyers location.
14 - ability for users to change preferred location of search.
15 - ability to send notifications upon receiving a message, pm, item sold or bid placed on an item.
16 - app performance must be light and fast.
17 - graphics must be light and fast in loading.
18 - programming language of choice must be fast.
19 - database of choice must be fast.
20 - a system admin page with ability to cancel items, cancel auctions, see users pm and messages. hold and release payments. send registered users emails and notifications.
upon bid acceptance and interview will be conducted with winning bidder through Skype or zoom to verify bidder qualifications.
any delays of delivering the application on the agreed time will result in payment deduction or project cancelation.
project source code and media files must be provided in whole. upon verifying and testing the project payment shall be released.
winning bidder shall sign an agreement electronically mandating project source code ownership to us and prohibiting source code resale or distribution to any third party with out a written permission from us. any violation of these terms shall result in a huge fine yet to be determined and in accordance to national and international laws.
