I need to change the UIPickerView to implement exactly the Timer app under the Clock app in the iPhone. All I want is just to show:

1- A custom UIPickerView that shows hours and minutes. Hours and minutes are fixed labels and don't change or scroll.

2- add a label under the UIPicker called: Alert

3- add another UIPicker that allows the user to chose from 3 time intervals for the alert:

"5 minutes", "10 minutes" or "15 minutes"

the code needs to be in swift (no Objective-C).
