Simple Android App to pull Content from Website -- 2

Hello there, i need an Android app similar to this one here: [login to view URL] (install to see it working)
The app does:
- Pull updated content from a website every hour(example) and give an option to the user to play a sound or not when new content is available.
- Option to select update only via wifi
- Unencripted source code for possible changes in the future(we never know...you might not be a freelancer in the future when i need the changes made)
The app pulls content from a wordpress website like this:
- Simple template, the simpler the better with logo on top
- Menu to retrieve content from categories(optional, depending on the budget)
- Post title
- Post featured image(works like a link and opens the video in full screen if its a video, or opens full article in case its not a video)
- Sharing links
- Separator
- Another article
- Load more articles button
I´ve added a simple jpeg that i believe its self explanatory.
My budget is really low, my website is starting now so money is not much...i´m open to hear from you some changes to the project that might reduce cost.
