• New Credit Application:
A User will select “Apply as a Foreign National” or “Apply as a US Citizen/Resident”
-Form Fields will appear as on website
-Form information will submit to Client through secure encrypted network
-Option to “Submit”, “Clear all Fields”, or “Save” (App will auto-save application)
(or)
• Continue an Open Application:
The app will periodically auto save completed information in the case app or phone shuts down, if client switches screens or receives a phone call
-Option to “Submit”, “Clear all Fields”, or “Save” (Only one application at a time will be saved)
Once application is submitted, the list of required documents will appear (Foreign National or US Citizen/Resident.)
Required Documents
Here a client will see a list of required pre-approval and final approval required documents, separated for Foreign Nationals and for US Citizens/Residents (list as on website.)
Mortgage Calculator
iAnalyst will create a Mortgage Calculator so that a user can estimate their mortgage payments.
The calculator will start with default settings, and allow for adjusting inputs such as loan amount, interest rate, etc.
Contact Client
This area provides a simple tool for users to communicate with Client.
-Push to call button will allow a user to press Client phone number, which will open up device call screen. User would only need to press “send” to make call.
-Submit a question option will allow user to type a written question/comment, which will submit to Client email of choice.
-Contact Numbers and Address for quick reference.

DOCUMENT UPLOAD FEATURE
For submitted and/or saved applications a list of every required document will appear.
The screen starts with a list of all required documents (different for Foreign Nationals and US Citizens/Residents.)
The list begins with all documents having a red colored “X” next to them.
The user would then select that document from the list, which will open the device camera.
The user then takes a picture of the document, and the tool will clarify the image to make it legible. User will have the option to “Save/Submit” that image/document or “Retake Document Image” if they are not satisfied with the picture.
Once a picture is submitted it will provide a green colored “check mark.”
