Adding ETH coin to Peatio Exchange. Please apply if you already know about the exchange and its structure as well as ETH coin.

I already have one in production with CNY & KRW markets.

Requirements are

- Installation document

- Final installation via teamviewer for security reason

- After one or two days test running with real ETH without any problem project is done
