Odoo 11 transfer between warehouse with procurement rules and groups: performance problem

I just need to review with an odoo expert the configuration and the performance of the system i made up.
I need to transfer goods from one warehouse (central) to x warehouses (point of sales). I use procurement rules, 3 step shipping (pick -> pack -> ship) that put goods on a transit location that, then, will be used by the "receiver" of the goods to check items, quantity and load goods in the destination warehouse.
Everything works good, the problem is that it's really slow. I think i made a wrong or not optimized configuration.
I can show everything in real time on my localhost machine.
