Patent national phase filing

​We have a patent application that is about to reach national phase deadline in 2-6 weeks (depending on whether 30 or 31 month countries). ​Costs are very tight, so we want to progress the application in various patent offices simply by paying the filing fee and keeping the application as it is. We don't want any attorney input into the applications for now - just filing the application to 'keep it going'. We can tidy things up later, but for now we want to keep the application 'alive' and not lose the priority date.

We need you to simply file and pay the government filing fee in each country we select.

DETAILS

The existing PCT application is in English and has:

- in English

- has 2400 words in the description

- has 1200 words in the claims

- has 38 claims (5 of them are independent claims)

- has 12 simple drawings
