een ripped off SEVERAL times now by PHP programmers. This time, I'm trying things a little different.
I'll give you the name of a site, you'll create yourself an account, pay their minimum $20.00 for one month to learn about it. Then, I'd like an almost duplicate of their site but with our own personal touches to and feel as I only want the functionality of this other site, not the look.
You'll give me a TOTAL to do the job, you will not bill me by the endless hours of additional work it always seems to cost. I'll pay you a small deposit AFTER the job is started and I can see that you are in fact working on it and not just telling me you are. I'll pay you the balance once it' completed, working, functional, an actual service. If you feel that you are a good enough programmer and want to work for an honest person, that's what I'm looking for, an HONEST programmer.
Finally, I've become nervous about using PHP because once these programmers start, we can never make changes, it's simply too complicated for non PHP programmers. As such, I'd like to use PHP/MySQL as the database ONLY and not for the site itself. We'll use variables which we can embed in the HTML to call up and display data from the database.
If you can do this project, it WILL lead to many others as I like LONG term relationships with people I can trust.
So, anyone out there honest enough to not reply with "We can do it" as a canned reply???
