Prepare Product Photos for Cap Company

I need 40 product photos of caps prepared for my online store. I have done a couple to show you what needs to be done, but don't have time to do them all myself.
I have attached an untouched and finished version of the same photo. Please download the untouched version and send me your finished edited version BEFORE bidding on this job.
JOB WILL BE AWARDED TO FREELANCER WHO BEST COMPLETES TEST IMAGE AND BIDS WITHIN BUDGET.
You can follow your own process, but I need FIVE layers in the final PS file:
+ Untouched image as background (not visible)
+ Background colour (use #dadad2)
+ Shadow layer
+ Radial gradient layer
+ Cap layer
This is how I did it:
+ Use pen tool to cut out the cap accurately.
+ New layer via copy.
+ Hide background layer.
+ Create new layer with background colour (I will likely change background colour but use #dadad2 for each photo for now).
+ Create new layer above background but below cap and build realistic shadow as per example. Note: I did the shadow quickly as an example, but I expect yours to be a little bit better and more realistic. I used a combination of pen tool, brush tool, and gaussian blur.
+ In a separate layer (above shadow, below cap), create a radial gradient from centre of cap to just outside its edges. Use black as start colour of gradient but set layer opacity to 30%. Smooth with gaussian blur.
+ Do small touch ups to cap as necessary using adjustment layer clipped to cap layer. Really just brightness and contrast alterations needed.
+ Save PS file and export high res JPG and upload both to Google Drive folder.
